The City Of Rocks Visitor's Center in Almo ID is a must stop prior to beginning a your adventure in City of Rocks National Reserve. There is a cute gift shop within the Visitor's Center where you can buy t-shirts and hats with City of Rocks embroidered logo.

We found it to be very interesting. Would like to take the RV and spend a few days there sometime. But definitely worth a day trip
Unique part of South Central Idaho, the City of Rocks National Monument is a beautiful place to glance at Idaho's geologic past. A rock climbers paradise and a hikers dream! There is RV camping within the Monument for campers wanting to stay and relax for a while. Additionally, there remains remnants of trails used by our pioneer ancestors on their way to Oregon and California. Come and take a look and a few pictures!
We really enjoyed looking at the fabulous rock formations the road was a little muddy but we made it. Watching the rock climbers was great
